Job summary

Medtronic seeks an AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative to drive adoption of cranial and spinal technologies across a regional territory. This field-based, remote role requires travel to accounts and collaboration with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.

You will partner with leadership to execute growth strategies, support technology launches, and advocate for navigation, robotics, imaging, and digital workflows to improve procedures and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Associates Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells Medtronic's AiBLE products within an assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies platforms across health systems and accounts.
• Partner with leadership to execute regional growth strategies.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of enabling technologies including navigation, robotics, imaging, and digital platforms.
• Develop and execute account-specific strategic technology plans aligned to customer needs.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons, OR leadership, procurement, and executives.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences

Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences
