Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an AiBLE Strategic Sales Representative in Lexington, KY, with a remote, field-based arrangement. You will drive adoption of Cranial & Spinal Technologies AiBLE platforms, engage surgeons and hospital stakeholders, and lead strategic technology initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements show 8+ years (high school), 6+ years (associates) or 4+ years (bachelor) in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience in selling cranial and spinal technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in hospital/operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells AiBLE products and services within assigned geographic area to meet sales targets.
• Drive adoption of Spine Enabling Technologies platforms, implants and biologics across health systems and accounts.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional leaders to execute regional growth strategies.
• Support launch, integration, and optimization of enabling technologies (navigation, robotics, imaging, digital platforms).
• Develop and execute account-specific strategic technology plans aligned to business objectives.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR leadership, procurement, and executives.
• Assist with evaluations, ROI justification and value-based selling.
• Coordinate surgeon education, cadaver labs, demonstrations, and training events.
• Identify workflow efficiencies and patient-care improvements; travel as required.

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences

Associates Degree and 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences

Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences
