Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in the Northwest USA region (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado) seeks a Business Development Manager - Specifications to drive $40-$60M in revenue by cultivating relationships with contractors, architects, and design/build partners.

You will build and manage the sales funnel, leverage CRM for forecasting, provide quotations, and align with Product Management and Marketing to meet strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 6 years in B2B sales or related field.
• Experience with plumbing/building materials or industrial products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities within Northwest responsibilities.
• Build and manage a sales funnel and forecast with CRM.
• Develop demand with contractors, design/build partners, and architects.
• Manage key accounts and stakeholders.
• Provide project quotations to maximize profitability within pricing guidelines.
• Communicate progress and best practices to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and other teams.
• Provide market feedback to product development teams.
