Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is seeking a Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the US. The role focuses on establishing products as the basis of design in specifications and driving market penetration.

This position requires 3+ years in specification business development within the plumbing industry, strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in specification business development within plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss complex product information.
• Travel up to 75% and collaborate with engineers and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US to build relationships.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks trench drain solutions through presentations, seminars, and onsite trainings.
• Position Zurn Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications and review drawings for substitutions.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Document interactions and opportunities in CRM and monitor project updates.
