Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to promote and specify Siteworks trench drain solutions within civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineering communities across the Southwest US. Travel 50-75% is required.

The role focuses on establishing our Siteworks as a basis of design, expanding market penetration, and driving revenue growth. A engineering- or business-degree with 3+ years in specification BD in plumbing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in specification business development within plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers to influence specifications.
• Promote Siteworks trench drain products through presentations and seminars.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications.
• Collaborate with sales teams and reps to maximize market penetration.
• Utilize CRM to document interactions and manage opportunities.
• Track market trends and provide feedback to product management.
