Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil and site engineers in the Northeast US. You will drive design-in and specification opportunities, delivering technical presentations, seminars, and on-site trainings to influence product choice at the design stage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development within plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• CRM software and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Active participation in industry associations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical engineers to influence product selection.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, conduct presentations and seminars.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specs for various applications.
• Coordinate with reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external partners.
• Use CRM to document opportunities and manage project pipelines.
• Monitor market trends and feedback for product management.
