Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks an accomplished Sales Representative to drive growth and utilization of assigned therapies across a defined geography. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and pharmacies, navigate access environments, and collaborate with Genentech cross-functional partners to improve patient outcomes.

You will apply strategic account planning, educate on product access, and leverage digital tools to analyze trends and inform customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and clinical and non-clinical decision making based on value proposition across efficacy, safety, convenience and access.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across existing customer accounts.
• Strategic account planning that moves conversations from interest to action by leveraging insights and removing barriers.
• Ensure product access and provide education on product information, appropriate use, patient assistance and reimbursement resources.
