Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks aSales Representative to drive access and adoption of therapies in a defined geography. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and health systems, execute account plans, and navigate complex access environments to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma/healthcare sales, strong closing and cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to mobilize internal partners to deliver solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related commercial experience.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Ability to advance conversations toward clear outcomes and commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and value-based decision making.
• Engage relationships with key decision-makers across accounts.
• Strategic account planning to move conversations to action.
• Ensure product access and educate on usage, patient assistance, and reimbursement.
