Inizio Engage seeks a seasoned Sales Representative to drive utilization and growth of assigned therapies in a defined geography. You will build strategic relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, and payers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related commercial roles.
• Ophthalmology or Immunology experience preferred.
• Proven ability to close deals and move opportunities to execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive awareness of product approval and value-based decisions.
• Engage and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Strategic account planning to move conversations from interest to action.
• Ensure product access and educate on use, patient assistance, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate across multispecialty accounts and triage needs to Genentech partners.
• Integrate digital solutions to provide insights and analyze trends.
• Apply systems thinking across providers, payers, and care teams.
