Job summary

RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. This role sells RRD products via phone or electronic communications to customers in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include market research, cold calling, virtual/phone meetings, and collaboration with other Sales Representatives and Client Services. Strong CRM and product knowledge are essential, with a focus on data-driven forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting packaging, labeling and supply chain solutions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments.
• Associate Degree with 2 years Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients through market research and outreach.
• Conduct cold calling and schedule virtual/phone meetings.
• Present solutions, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with client services teams.
• Record all touchpoints in the CRM and maintain accurate prospect data.
• Stay up-to-date on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.
• Analyze accounts and prospects to forecast sales strategy.
