Job summary

RRD is seeking an inside sales professional to drive revenue by selling packaging and supply chain solutions across an assigned territory. You will conduct market research, perform cold calls, and schedule virtual or onsite meetings with potential clients.

The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across teams. A background in packaging solutions and an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting packaging and supply chain solutions (packaging, labels, RFID, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills with deadline management.
• Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development activities in assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and contacts.
• Perform cold calling and schedule virtual or phone-based meetings.
• Present and promote RRD products/solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with other sales representatives on opportunities.
• Document all touchpoints in the CRM system.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Analyze data to forecast accounts and build a sales strategy.
