Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering – Strategic (Auth0) to lead the SE team focused on strategic enterprise accounts. You will drive technical strategy, coordinate with Strategic Sales, and ensure architectural rigor across high-stakes transitions.

The role requires 4+ years in presales leadership within enterprise SaaS and deep CIAM knowledge. Some in-office time is expected; other locations are remote, with a nationwide scope.

Qualifications

• CIAM presales or architectural background required.
• 4+ years leading and scaling a technical presales team.
• Strong identity protocols knowledge (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Experience with large-scale multi-region identity architecture.
• Enterprise sales acumen with MEDDPICC.
• Executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a ~10-person SE team specializing in Auth0.
• Drive strategic engagements for high-value enterprise accounts.
• Oversee technical validations, POCs, and architecture reviews.
• Act as executive sponsor on Tier-1 opportunities.
• Influence product roadmap via field feedback.
• Partner with sales, enablement, HR, and Finance for workforce planning.
