Job summary
Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering – Strategic (Auth0) to lead a high‑profile team driving CIAM transformations for strategic accounts. You will guide technical presales strategy, align with executive buyers, and shape multi‑year roadmaps that balance security and developer velocity.

Qualifications
- Proven CIAM domain expertise with presales or architectural background.
- 4+ years of leading a solutions engineering or presales team in enterprise SaaS.
- Deep knowledge of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn).
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team focused on Auth0.
- Drive strategic engagements and executive-level stakeholder alignment.
- Champion architectural rigor through validations, POCs, and reviews for high‑concurrency apps.
- Serve as an executive technical sponsor on Tier-1 opportunities with customer executives.
- Influence the Auth0 roadmap by translating field requirements into platform innovations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Enablement, HR to plan workforce and budget.
