Okta is seeking a Senior Manager for Solutions Engineering – Strategic (Auth0) to lead a high-impact team serving top enterprise accounts. You will mentor ~10 senior engineers, drive strategic engagements, and partner with sales to co-create multi-year technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Substantial presales or architectural background in CIAM, developer platforms, or consumer digital identity ecosystems.
• 4+ years of directly managing and scaling a high-performing technical presales or solutions engineering team in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep understanding of modern identity protocols and architectures (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Passkeys/WebAuthn, JWT).
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance and enterprise security requirements.
• Track record of executive relationship building with CIOs, CISOs, and other senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Principal Solutions Engineers focusing on Auth0 for strategic accounts.
• Standardize and execute technical sales playbooks for complex enterprise scenarios and migrations.
• Oversee technical validations, POCs, and architectural reviews for high-concurrency apps.
• Act as executive technical sponsor on Tier-1 opportunities and build cross-functional alliances.
• Influence product roadmaps by translating field requirements into platform innovations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Enablement, HR, and Finance to plan talent and budget.
