Okta Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering – Strategic (Auth0) to lead the Solutions Engineering team focused on high-value enterprise customers.

You will craft multi-year technical roadmaps and partner with Strategic Sales leadership to drive complex Auth0 transformations. You will oversee technical validations, POcs, and architecture reviews, while aligning with executives across security, product, and engineering to ensure value delivery and tight coupling with business

Qualifications

• Proven CIAM domain expertise in presales or architecture.
• Presales leadership experience: 4+ years managing and scaling a team in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Passkeys/WebAuthn).
• Fluency with large-scale app architecture (multi-region, GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA).
• Enterprise sales acumen with value-based selling (MEDDPICC).
• Executive presence with cross-functional stakeholder influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of ~10 senior engineers and specialists.
• Drive strategic engagements with complex Auth0 scenarios.
• Champion architectural rigor through validations, POCs, and reviews.
• Act as executive technical sponsor on Tier-1 opportunities.
• Influence the Auth0 roadmap with field requirements.
• Operationalize cross-functional alliances with Sales, Enablement, HR, and Finance.
