Okta's Auth0 unit is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering – Strategic to lead the SE team focused on top enterprise customers. You will shape technical strategy, mentor a team of senior engineers, and collaborate with Strategic Sales leadership to drive multi-year CIAM transformations.

You will own executive relationships, influence product roadmaps, and ensure architectural rigor across complex deployments, with a bias toward speed, accuracy, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Substantial presales or architectural background in CIAM or developer platforms.
• 4+ years leading and scaling enterprise SaaS presales teams.
• Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Passkeys/WebAuthn, JWT, API security.
• Experience with multi-region identity routing, tenant isolation, and GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA.
• Proven success applying value-based selling (e.g., MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) to close complex enterprise deals.
• Strong executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale the Solutions Engineering team focused on Okta’s highest-value enterprise accounts.
• Co-author and execute the technical strategy across Auth0 transformations.
• Oversee technical validations, POCs, and architectural reviews for high-concurrency applications.
• Build executive sponsorship and trusted counsel with customer executives across security, product, and engineering.
• Influence product and engineering roadmaps through field feedback and strategic insights.
• Partner with sales leadership to operationalize MEDDPICC and related methodologies.
