Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - Strategic (Auth0) in California. You will lead a high-performing team, align technical strategy with sales, and guide executive conversations for top enterprise accounts.

This role blends CIAM expertise with strategic leadership in a fast-paced, security-focused SaaS environment. Role requires 2 days/week in-office for those within 50 miles of an Okta office; other locations are remote.

Formación

• Substantial presales or architectural background in CIAM or consumer identity ecosystems.
• 4+ years managing and scaling a technical presales or solutions engineering team in enterprise SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of modern identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, Passkeys/WebAuthn, JWT).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering team focused on Auth0 integration.
• Drive strategic engagements and execute technical sales playbooks for enterprise accounts.
• Champion architectural rigor through proofs of concept and architectural reviews.
• Serve as executive sponsor on Tier-1 opportunities with customer executives.
• Influence product roadmap by translating field requirements into platform innovations.
