Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect - CIAM to be a technical authority on cloud and on-prem IT systems. You will design and implement Okta’s CIAM platform for customer identity use cases, translating business needs into actionable strategy and partnering with CXOs to drive business value.

You will join the Professional Services delivery team, helping customers achieve their goals, while collaborating across engineering, security and product groups.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT/software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM architectures.
• 3+ years implementing cloud solutions (AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce).
• Experience with B2C and B2B customer identity use cases (registration, MFA, SSO).

Responsibilities

• Review and lead gathering of business, functional and technical requirements for an Identity platform.
• Document common technical/functional requirements for solutions.
• Create project plans to develop and implement proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight within the delivery team.
• Assist in periodic customer health-checks and project reviews.
