Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success, adoption, and long-term retention across top enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to engineering, security, and SI partners, guiding CIAM deployments and accelerating integration with modern full-stack patterns.

You will operationalize NPIs, develop PoCs, and bridge feedback between G2K customers and Auth0 Product Management, while mentoring field teams on advanced CIAM

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Expert-level understanding of Auth0CIAM patterns and modern identity solutions.
• Experience working with global System Integrators and enterprise IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns with top G2K accounts.
• Develop PoCs, early-adopter demos, and enablement assets for technical wins.
• Collaborate with SI partners to design scalable deployment blueprints.
