Job summary

Okta is seeking a Senior Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success, product adoption, and retention across G2K enterprise accounts. In a technical, developer-centric role, you will advise enterprise engineering, architecture, and security teams on deploying CIAM solutions on the Auth0 platform.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a GTM-facing technical role delivering identity or SaaS to enterprise accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Auth0 platform and CIAM patterns, including high-volume user management.
• Experience reading/writing full-stack code using JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React.
• Understanding of identity federation and protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM).
• Experience with CIAM security, bot defense, and modern threat mitigation.
• Successful track record with large enterprise IT landscapes (G2K).
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales architectural advisory and troubleshooting for G2K accounts.
• Support pre-sales with NPIs, PoCs, and enablement assets to win technical deals.
• Guide customer dev teams on Auth0 Actions, SDKs, and modern full-stack patterns.
• Collect feedback to influence product roadmap and NPIs.
• Create reusable code samples and technical docs for training teams.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate code generation and documentation.
• Manage multiple engagements with timely responses to high-priority escalations.
