Job summary

Okta is seeking a Principal Product Acceleration Specialist for Auth0 to drive customer success, deep product adoption, and long-term retention with the global Fortune 2000. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise engineering, security, and SI partners, architecting complex CIAM deployments on the Auth0 platform.

In this senior, developer-centric role you will guide architecture, optimize platform usage, and lead NPIs while working across post-sales, enablement, and product teams.

Qualifications

Over 10 years in a customer-facing technical GTM role delivering identity or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
Deep Auth0 CIAM expertise and experience with modern identity patterns and extensibility.
Proven track record with global System Integrators and enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise-wide implementation patterns with top G2K customers.
Support NPIs, develop PoCs, and enable sales engineering assets.
Collaborate with global SIs to design scalable deployment blueprints.
Provide architectural guidance for Auth0 Actions and SDKs.
Bridge feedback between enterprise customers and Auth0 PM to drive roadmaps.
Mentor field teams with reusable code samples and docs.
