Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and multi-level presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into Atlassian solutions.
• Comfort in both business and technical contexts with executives and technical teams.
• Customer-centric mindset and proven executive relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Partner with sales teams, partners and larger account teams on transformation deals in large, global accounts.
• Engage with customers at the C-level and leadership levels to foster long-standing relationships.
• Conduct customer discovery to map needs to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-product/solution expansion.
• Lead pre-sales demonstrations and articulate the value of Atlassian software.
• Understand customer technical needs to gain buy-in for Atlassian decisions.
• Collaborate with regional account executives to align pipelines and opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the customer and drive shared goals.
• Document product feedback and competitive intelligence for internal use.
• Continuously learn and refine pre-sales knowledge and sales processes.
