Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Strong communication and multi-level presentation skills.
• Creative problem solver who translates business problems into Atlassian solutions.
• Comfortable in business and technical contexts, with executive-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams, partners and larger account teams on transformation deals in large, global accounts with multi-million dollar spend thresholds.
• Engage with customers at the C-level and other executives to build long-standing relationships.
• Lead customer discovery to map business problems to Atlassian products and solutions.
• Lead value-based demonstrations, standard and customized.
• Understand and guide customer technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the customer and advance shared goals.
• Document product feedback and competitive intelligence to influence product roadmap.
