Job summary
Atlassian is seeking an enterprise Solutions Engineer to expand our ITSM Specialist team in the US. You will work with enterprise sales and channel partners to understand customer needs, map requirements to Atlassian capabilities, and close business through compelling value-based demonstrations and proofs of concepts.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience interacting with mid-market/enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
- Experience selling ITSM solutions and helping customers manage and deliver IT services.
- Ability to interpret complex problems and map them to Atlassian capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Specialize in Atlassian ITSM offerings and design/implement/optimize solutions for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey.
- Map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities and drive outcomes.
- Partner with sales management to align account plans with customer goals.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to customers and prospects.
- Provide customer feedback to product management to influence the product line.
