Job summary

Reco is expanding rapidly and seeks a Solutions Engineer who can own the technical aspect of the sales cycle, build trust with customers, and translate Reco's vision for Agent Security into outcomes they care about.

Reporting to the VP of Solutions Engineering, this role thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and executive influence, driving identified opportunities and developing pipeline in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of AI, SaaS security, or SSPM.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with executives and engineers.
• Ability to work remotely and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspect throughout the sales process.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and explain how Reco solves challenges.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations, proofs of value, and workshops.
• Influence future decisions and collaborate with internal teams for a seamless experience.
• Assist customers in integrating Reco solutions into their security stack.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI security.
• Engage at conferences and evangelize Reco to the market.
