Job summary

Front is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our global Solutions & Forward Deployed Engineering team. You’ll guide AI-enabled workflows, integrations, and proofs of concept for strategic enterprise customers, partnering with Account Executives through discovery to deployment stages.

You’ll develop deep platform expertise, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and present technical value to both technical and executive audiences in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role within enterprise SaaS.
• Proven track record partnering with sales to navigate complex opportunities.
• Experience designing AI-powered solutions and running proofs of concept.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy with Account Executives for complex enterprise deals.
• Lead discovery, architecture reviews, and integration design.
• Deliver tailored product demos linking Front to customer use cases and ROI.
• Lead AI proofs of concept and evaluations with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and maintain a high technical bar across engagements.
