Job summary

Human Agency, a fast-growing AI security partner, seeks a hands-on security leader to join as security architect and evangelist. You will shape security strategy, embed guardrails in AI agent systems, and align practices with enterprise needs.

You’ll build tooling, lead incident response and threat modeling, and represent us in client conversations and industry forums. This role fuses a product mindset with deep technical execution to turn security into a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Have served as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security at a high-growth tech company.
• Deep hands-on experience securing AI and machine learning systems, including AI pipelines and inference infrastructure.
• Built and operated cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with zero-trust and IAM.
• Strong threat modeling and red-teaming experience, including AI-specific vectors like prompt injection or data poisoning.
• Designed and implemented security monitoring, incident response, and compliance programs at startup to enterprise scale.
• Track record of building or contributing to security products or tooling used by customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy from the ground up across infrastructure, data, and AI systems.
• Build security into AI agent systems as a first-class product feature with guardrails and monitoring.
• Develop and potentially commercialize security products built internally.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and red-team exercises for AI systems.
• Serve as the public face of AI security for Human Agency in client conversations and industry forums.
• Deploy and operate security infrastructure hands-on, including zero-trust and secure data pipelines.
