Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior technical leader to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets. You will partner with Account Executives to develop technical opportunity strategies aligned with customer requirements and commercial objectives, translating complex requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and Net New customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of modern SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures, including integrations, APIs, identity management, security, and data architectures.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data challenges including governance, archiving, eDiscovery, compliance, data protection, and investigations.
• Working knowledge of Compliance, FinTech, RegTech, and regulated industries, with ability to engage Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex architectures in business terms and customer value.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI and its enterprise data applications.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Lead technical discovery across objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, integrations, and existing technologies.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures spanning products and data sources.
• Position Arctera capabilities and demonstrate multi-solution deployments addressing governance and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions with prospects.
• Mitigate technical risks and lead responses for RFPs/RFIs and evaluations.
