Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with sales leadership to align technical objectives with customer requirements, and translate complex needs into scalable, end-to-end Arctera solutions.

You will guide architecture workshops, drive POCs and demonstrations, and work with Solutions Specialists to ensure successful technical evaluations.

Qualifications

12+ years of enterprise technology experience with senior customer-facing tech roles.
Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new customer acquisition.
Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions rather than single product focus.
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures including APIs and data governance.
Experience with Azure/Microsoft 365 and enterprise data environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities.
Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and executive-level technical discussions.
Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.
Develop reference architectures, playbooks, and POC frameworks for reuse.
Mentor and coordinate Solutions Specialists across product/domain areas.
Drive technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and complex evaluations.
