Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior technical leader to own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and international markets. You will partner with sales leadership to align technical opportunity strategies with customer requirements and commercial objectives.

In this role, you will lead discovery across objectives, data landscape, security, integrations, and migration while translating requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise technology experience in senior technical role(s).
• Experience leading complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles and net new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across Americas and International markets.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical deep dives, and executive-level technical discussions with customers.
• Translate customer requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures across products, data sources, and integrations.
• Develop and communicate reference architectures, playbooks, POC frameworks, and best practices for the pre-sales organization.
• Support and mentor Solutions Specialists; orchestrate cross-functional resources for opportunities.
• Drive technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and manage early risk mitigation strategies.
