Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 8+ years in Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or enterprise software pre-sales (or 10+ years in client-facing consulting with enterprise sales).
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with ability to engage executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations across the region.

Responsibilities

• Own Account Strategy: lead technical strategy for strategic accounts with co-seller accountability.
• Facilitate Executive Workshops: run roadmap sessions and transformation workshops.
• Architect Custom Solutions: scope and deliver high-quality POCs & POVs with executive sponsorship.
• Navigate Complex Landscapes: understand banking, CRM, data, and AI systems to integrate Appian.
• Own Technical Validation: respond to RFIs/RFPs and drive technical strategy.
• Influence Product Roadmap: feedback loop to core Product Management.
• Scale & Mentor: share assets and enable field teams.
