Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will understand customer problems and map Elastic Stack solutions to business goals, enabling sales and community programs with a mindset of continuous improvement.

You will craft value-based relationships, own strategic territory planning, and demonstrate Elastic product value at meetings, events, and meetups.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated technical presales experience with customers.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Strong learner who seeks continuous improvement.
• Proven customer-relations skills with solution architectures.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive consensus.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers in the territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet their needs.
• Build value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and support partners in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teammates to meet client needs.
• Communicate customer needs, gaps, and improvements to engineering and leadership.
