Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor to our sales team, customers, partners and community. You will understand and tackle customer business issues with the Elastic Stack, engage the regional Elastic community, and enable sales through our Partners.

A successful SA will pursue continuous learning and question the status quo. You will be the voice of the customer, craft value-based relationships, and drive technical wins across regions,

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales selling technology to customers.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Passion for continuous learning and questioning the status quo.
• Proven customer relations with architectural pattern experience.
• Ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Willingness to travel 30% regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the assigned territory.
• Develop understanding of customers' goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet needs.
• Craft and own value-based relationships at all levels of customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Elastic products to demonstrate value in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products, solutions, and services.
• Onboard, educate, and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with other Elasticians to meet client needs.
• Represent the voice of the customer to engineering and leadership.
• Develop sales and technical skills through self-driven education and development opportunities.
