Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Solutions Architect to serve as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners, and the community. You will champion the Elastic Stack, drive value-based customer engagements, and enable partners to progress opportunities.

You will craft strategy and technical guidance across accounts, travel within the region, and engage at events to demonstrate the value of Elastic products and solutions.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical presales selling and implementing technology to earn customer trust.
• Ability to articulate and sell benefits of modern platforms and technologies.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts in the territory.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet needs.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions in meetings and events.
• Advise sales on effective positioning of Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and educate partners and support them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate with teams to meet client needs.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and leadership teams.
• Develop sales and technical skills through self-driven education.
