Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounts and managers.
• Understand customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings meet them.
• Own value-based relationships across customer organizations.
• Participate in planning and execution from discovery to win.
• Demonstrate Elastic product value in sales meetings and events.
• Advise sales on positioning Elastic products and services.
• Onboard and enable partners, supporting them in sales cycles.
• Create collateral and collaborate across teams to meet client needs.
