Elastic is seeking a Solutions Architect to act as a technical authority for the sales team, customers, partners and the Elastic community. You will craft and own value-based relationships, translate goals into Elastic Stack solutions, and guide the technical win from discovery to closure.

You will engage with the sales team, educate partners, contribute to events, and continuously learn to elevate both yourself and the team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical presales and solution architecture.
• Ability to translate customer business needs into Elastic Stack solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across sales, customers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Serve as technical authority to sales teams, customers, partners and community.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and articulate how Elastic offerings address them.
• Own value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations.
• Lead planning and execution for territory discovery through technical win.
• Demonstrate Elastic value in meetings and events such as meetups and conferences.
• Onboard and enable partners to support sales cycles and customer success.
