Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end Sales Performance Management engagements. You’ll translate customer strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions across the SPM suite, including compensation, planning, territory, and enablement, with a hands-on, billable focus.

Based in the US or Canada, you’ll collaborate with across teams, mentor others, and contribute to proposals while traveling regionally to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM or related sales technology.
• Deep functional expertise across compensation, planning, territory, and enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected solutions.
• Advanced ability to model incentive and planning logic.
• Data modeling and data quality knowledge.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Ability to scope and manage work packages.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Based in the US or Canada and able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define SPM vision and roadmap.
• Lead discovery and design workshops across the SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce solution.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership for SPM suite.
• Provide governance of scope and quality while guiding engagements.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data.
• Mentor consultants and promote best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities and proposals.
• Maintain target billable utilization for the role.
