Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to design and lead end-to-end SPM engagements across the portfolio, including Maps, Planning, and Spiff. You will translate a customer’s sales performance strategy into a scalable, well-architected solution, owning discovery, design, and governance.

You will work with Senior Architects, Consultants, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery, strong design standards, and effective enablement for customers across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing, designing, or consulting on SPM/ICM with architecture leadership.
• Deep SPM domain knowledge across compensation, planning, territory, enablement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical and business process design skills.
• Advanced modeling of incentive and planning logic (formulas/Excel or platform).
• Executive-level communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define the SPM vision, roadmap, deliverables, and expectations.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end functional solutions.
• Translate requirements into a well-architected Salesforce-based solution.
• Own functional design and configuration across the SPM suite including Maps and Planning.
• Define blueprint, best practices, and governance of scope and quality.
• Mentor teammates; support pre-sales activities such as demos and POCs.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data considerations.
• Maintain target billable utilization and delivery within scope.
