Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to design end-to-end Sales Performance Management solutions across the SPM portfolio, including planning, territories, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will lead discovery, define functional architecture, and guide the build for scalable customer outcomes.

Based in the US or Canada, this role requires strong communication, leadership, and pre-sales involvement, with travel as needed to serve clients and align with product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Performance Management, ICM, or related sales tech.
• Deep functional expertise across SPM (compensation, planning, territory, enablement).
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
• Advanced modeling of incentive/compensation logic.
• Data concepts knowledge to partner with Technical Architects.
• Executive-level communication to diverse audiences.
• Experience mentoring teammates.
• Based in US or Canada with regional travel.
• Degree or equivalent experience; evaluation based on core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Define the SPM solution vision, roadmaps, deliverables, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and design workshops; architect end-to-end solutions across SPM suite.
• Translate requirements into a scalable Salesforce-based solution across maps, planning, and territories.
• Own functional design and configuration leadership, including commissions, capacity, quotas, and territory planning.
• Apply AI/Agentforce capabilities to accelerate delivery and value realization.
• Define blueprints, best practices, and standards; oversee scope and quality.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on integrations and data; guide development.
• Mentor team members and champion reusable assets and standards.
• Support pre-sales during discovery, demonstrations, and POC development.
