TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business across a multi-state territory. You will build a robust pipeline, engage executives, and present TriNet’s HR solution including benefits and payroll.

You will manage opportunities through a structured sales process and collaborate with partners to maximize referrals. You’ll travel to client sites, qualify opportunities, and close deals, leveraging CRM tools and a client-centric, consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years B2B sales experience in a complex environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage a book of business.

Responsabilités

• Plan and hit targets across a defined territory with a multi-state focus.
• Prospect new clients via cold calling, email, phone, and social networks.
• Qualify opportunities and develop value-based proposals for mid-market clients.
