Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant to power business success with extraordinary HR by pursuing new prospects and selling TriNet's comprehensive solution, including payroll, benefits and HR services to companies with 5-99 employees within your territory. You will build your own book of business, own opportunities, and follow a structured sales process.

• 1+ year B2B complex sales cycle required.

Responsibilities

• Plan: develop an annual territory plan covering multiple states/regions.
• Prospect: build pipeline via cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Qualifying opportunities: quickly qualify or disqualify opportunities.
• Value & Consultative Selling: establish trusted advisor relationships.
• Sales Process: manage a multi-step selling process with defined criteria.
• Sales tools and systems: use Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and quoting tools.
• Achieve quota: meet sales activity metrics.
• Administrative tasks: complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate TriNet’s core values daily.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
