You will deepen client relationships, drive revenue through loans, deposits, and cash management, and partner with internal teams for optimal outcomes.

The position requires NMLS registration, strong consultative selling, and a proactive approach to business development within a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 3–4 years of experience in relationship banking.
• Advanced business acumen with underwriting expertise and product knowledge.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, sales, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client’s business, goals, and financial needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend loans, deposits, cash management, and other banking products.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and risk/credit standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality, and apply underwriting judgment.
• Collaborate with underwriting, portfolio management, and internal teams to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Coordinate across business lines to deliver integrated solutions and address client concerns.
• Build community relationships and identify business development opportunities.
