Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, offering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through, collaborating with branch teams to address cash-flow needs, lending, treasury management, and other small-business requirements while pursuing growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics, and client goals into practical guidance and solutions.
• Prospect and sell to grow revenue while meeting growth targets.
