Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to interpret financial statements and assess creditworthiness.
• Strong knowledge of business banking products, lending processes, and related policies.
• Experience in customer sales and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with analytical capabilities.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and influence outcomes.
• Strong problem solving and risk awareness.
