Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M revenue.
• Engage in outside prospecting and sales to grow revenue and hit targets.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, discovery, and consultative selling.
