Responsibilities

• Prospect for new small business clients and deepen relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client business, goals, and financial needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for small business clients and recommend solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
• Design and structure financial solutions aligned to client objectives and credit standards.
• Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends and risk indicators.
• Partner with underwriting and portfolio management to support reporting and client outcomes.
• Address client concerns and coordinate across business lines for integrated solutions.
• Build relationships in the community and identify business development opportunities.
