Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will work with branch teams across two to three locations, identifying opportunities and tailoring products to growth, cash flow, and risk management. The role requires outside prospecting, structured discovery, and disciplined follow-through to deepen client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships, providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Prospect, grow revenue through outside outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Maintain relationship ownership across handoff, activation, usage, and demonstrated client value while maintaining CRM discipline.
