Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking.
• NMLS registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z, with clean criminal and credit records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Engage in outside prospecting to grow revenue and meet growth targets.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate across branch teams and other partners.
