U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as a primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will support two to three branches, cultivate client relationships, and drive growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling. The role requires outside prospecting, strong CRM discipline, and collaboration with branch teams to tailor deposits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, or small-business banking.
• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and structured discovery.
• Translate financial information and risk indicators into practical guidance and solutions.
• Collaborate with branches, centers of influence, and other business lines to deliver value and ensure follow-through.
