• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience
• NMLS licensing under SAFE Act 2008 and Reg Z, with compliant background checks
